- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set at $100/hr plus materials. $100 down to schedule the project. Minimum service charge of 1 hour or $100. Projects over 3 hours require a different pay schedule. This allows me to make sure I have the proper tools, time and materials to get the job done right with excellence and attention to detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Ask questions to understand the issue. - Set expectations and answer questions. - Communicate standard pricing. $100/hr plus materials. $100 down to schedule the project. Projects over 3 hours require a different pay schedule. - Schedule the project and talk through an other details for arrival such as pets, kids or parking instructions. - Arrive the day of and get on the same page again by going over expectations, communicating any variables out of my control and answering any questions. - Complete the repair and update the customer as needed. - Show and explain the repair to the customer and answer any questions that come up. - Do a thorough cleaning of the work area and haul away any extra materials as needed. - Receive payment, ask for a review, welcome them to schedule me again and thank them for their business.
