- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always aim to make the customer feel like the money they spent with me was a good value. Sometimes when we fix the problem in 5 mins it's easy to forget the years of experience that made it so easy for me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an understanding of their comfort level and knowledge of the tech we're working with. Nobody likes to be talked to at a level above or below their understanding, in my opinion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Computer Repair but that just built on a lifetime of curiosity for technology and how it works. I grew up poor so I learned a lot fixing things up that other's had given up on.
