- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is competitive with the high level of value we provide to our customers. If you are looking for content spread out over a year, we provide a discount for our retainer customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we connect with a new customer, we meet (in person or virtually) on a "discovery call". This gives us both a chance to meet and learn more about each other and the project. From there, we decide the best course of action if we seem to be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drone operators are required to have a Part 107 license which allows us to legally operate our drones.
