This guy is an amazing trainer, he teaches a lot about dieting and nutrition. So if you’re looking to diet he is your guy. He is very good at putting together a workout plan for you and keeping you committed to your goals. This guy will match your energy in any circumstance. He will hype you up before a lift and congratulate you after. He is a good trainer and I like working with him.

Joe is a remarkable trainer and really easy to get along with! He makes it really easy to follow along with the workouts and is very good about answering any questions I have. Joe made it easy to fall back into a routine with exercise and I've been able to see significant results on the scale and in the mirror.

My goal in working with Joey was to increase lean muscle with proper form. As a woman in my 50s, I understand the importance of at least maintaining my existing lean muscle, though, I’m also driven to increase it. In order to accomplish this, I knew I needed both support and a knowledgeable coach to advance. I had been lifting independently and often felt sore and strained in a way that felt like I was injuring my body due to improper form. Joey provides me exactly what I need. He is a skilled, attentive, and outgoing individual, and he’s helping me realize my goals. While I used to lift for the benefits, my body now craves it and I love it. I get excited for our sessions and feel incredibly accomplished as the results are measurable. It’s amazing how much more effective the gains are and how much better it feels with proper form. As a result of Joey’s guidance, I have not only gotten physically stronger, but I have also developed a strong mental attitude toward strength training. I am excited to keep up the work we are doing and increasing my lean muscle to support my mobility and athleticism well into my senior years. 😃
