Jessica and Radolph were both professionals and cleaned the house pretty good. This was our first time hiring them and we are going to go with them for every month based on their work quality.

We were scheduled for a cleaning with another party for a Friday morning and the other party never showed. I reached out to the Gooddeeds team Friday afternoon and they were at my house the next morning. They suggested a time and then reached back out and asked if they could come earlier to make sure they were done by the time we needed. They asked us to do a walk through in the beginning to show them the house and point out key areas and then worked for about 3.5 hours. we did another walk through at the end and everything looked great! We would gladly call them again

Gave 4 stars because they lowball the initial estimate and increased it by $116.00 when the job was completed which turned out to be an hourly rate that is higher than the average and the team of 2 were an hour late. There was no update as to why or the estimated time of arrival until I contacted them. Overall, they did a good job with cleaning my house.

I M sorry you feel this way. we talk on the phone before I came over at your house about the price can increase when we arrive and and see the work load. we only give out estimates on here. we also told you the full price before we did the job... you had the option to refuse our service before we started the job...
