Poor communication from the start. I should have continued receiving quotes from other vendors. I had 5 jobs, each of them were done poorly and required multiple techs, and multiple visits and attempts to fix average repairs. One service was done so poorly that they made it way worse. They didn’t charge for the service they made worse but I had to hire someone else to fix it. One service was to fix a faucet that was leaking from the handle, come to find out a month later, it’s now leaking under the sink. With the other repairs, they left a mess and even left their own tools and personal items behind. They didn’t even know they forgot these items until I notified them. I’d suggest you keep scrolling and hire someone else.
