- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive to the going average prices for our area! If you find a cheaper rate then tell me! I want to beat that rate :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the details of what is wrong and the desired outcome through conversation. Negotiate a price for the service needed and a date that the service can be started and how long the service should last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified luthier. So woodworking and detail are my forte! I am also fully insured!
