- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge $100 an hour based on our firefighters experience in that particular area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us about your project through our website, email or call. We’ll provide an estimate and will schedule when it’s a good time for you. After the process is finished and you are satisfied, Firefighter Handyman will invoice you. The firefighter will be compensated at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Firefighters have many different skill sets through certifications and experience. And firefighters receive various checks including background, financial and psychological.
