- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with discounts running almost every month! Quotes are all free, in person, and all inclusive of material, labor, permits, etc. No hidden fees, no after-installation fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to schedule your free, in person quote. A rep will come out and meet with you, take all the measurements, and you'll receive your quote via email that same day. If your city requires a permit, we handle that for you and submit with the city on the day you sign! We take a 50% deposit upon signing and the remaining 50% is due after installation. We are often scheduling installations just 1-2 weeks out all year round and the full job will be installed in 1 day! We provide a pre-installation walk through to ensure we install according to the contract and your needs. *If you want to find your property corners, we have that service as well *We offer various financing options, one being 12 months same as cash at 0% interest.
