Serious inquiries only because thumbtack charges me for each lead. Hello! I'm Qaiser, AKA Shan. I've been in the photography and videography industry for over 15 years, working across four different countries. I've had the honor of capturing weddings that celebrate diverse cultures, religions, and genders. I truly believe that every location has its own charm, and with the right perspective, it can look beautiful in photos. Each year, I photograph around 60 weddings and over 200 other types of shoots E.G Graduation, birthday, proposals, headshots, real state etc. I’m a transparent and honest person, and I always strive to work within my clients' budgets while ensuring everything remains fair for both sides. I offer in-person meetings at my studio at Richfield MN, and for convenience, I’m also happy to connect over Zoom if preferred.

Qaiser is incredibly responsive, and I never had to worry about whether it would take awhile to hear back from him. He was able to schedule a photo shoot for my family within the week of our first contact. Qaiser accommodated my needs by driving to a location of my choosing, which helped coral my family and made it easier for my young children. He works until he gets the desired shots, and encouraged us to shoot more photos if we wanted. At no time did I feel pressure that we had extended our hour, even though we did by 15 minutes. He and his assistant were excellent with my children as well. Our photos exceeded my expectations and I will hire Qaiser in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30 minute conversation. I offer this complimentary discount to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree and then different types of training in the business field.
