SIMPATICO DESIGNS is a full service design firm that specializes in Residential Architectural Design, Interior Design and Home Staging with an emphasis on sustainability. We pride ourselves on our unique approach to design and architecture. Upon establishing a concept through individual characterization, location, and environmental needs, we go on to establish scope of work keeping in mind budget and resources available. Simpatico Designs approach is all encompassing allowing the homeowner(s) to be the driving force behind each and every decision, thus creating a “simpatico” relationship and personalized results.

Stacy was amazing!! She helped us with our Architecture and Interior Design for our basement. Her approach was very insightful and on point. She thought of things that I would have never imagined in a million years. We are so happy with her work, and we will most definitely use are services on other remodeling needs in the near future.

I hired Stacy to provide plans to remove a wall and design a new modern fireplace/tv wall facade on a separate wall. She was extremely professional and easy to work with. She worked through several design options and did not mind making tweaks until I was completely satisfied. She was also very helpful recommending other providers for ancillary services. I would definitely work with Stacy again and recommend her to others.

I charge an hourly rate and my estimates for time anticipated for each project comes after a thorough SCOPE OF WORK has been determined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE meet and greet to be sure there is a good connection and that we work well together. Initial measure and concept meeting Concept design and design review Revisions and details Final drawing phase Every project is different and timelines are driven by individual needs, wants and desires. Communication & Flexibility is key!
