We were having issues with a strange smell coming from our oven when it was running. Isaiah was very responsive and was able to schedule for the next day. He was very thorough in his investigation and showed me his findings and explained along the way, ruling out any electrical issues and ensuring everything was functional and safe. I have used Isaiah once in the past and just know ew he could fix my dishwasher, I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. Not only did he resolve the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to clean up afterward, leaving the kitchen spotless. The dishwasher is now working like new, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. He even took a little extra time to tighten the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink!
