Overall, the difference in the before and after of the floors are great. They are beautiful floors. Carl was very prompt and professional. The negative was the paint chips that scraped and fell on the floor from the sanding were not picked up before being sealed. They are hard to pick off.

I had Carl's Wood Flooring refinish all the wood flooring in my home shortly after I purchased it as they were in terrible condition. They sanded down the flooring applied my choice of stain color and then put a poly sealant on it. I have had nothing but compliments on the refinished floors. The guys doing the work were very courteous and worked many long hours to get the job finished when promised. This is a messy/dusty job and the guys did a very good work of cleaning and or sealing off the other rooms in the house as to keep it to a minimum. I should also mention that once I contacted Carl he was out at my home giving me estimates as requested, making suggestions on what to do. He had many choices of stain colors available for me to choose from along with pictures of the actual colors. There was one room that I had an old style parquet flooring in it, I assumed it would need to be replaced however Carl assured me that when they were done it would look like new and he was right, it turned out awesome. (See pictures) In any case I would definitely recommend giving Carl's Wood Flooring a call you wont be disappointed. Check out some of the before and after pictures we couldn't be happier.

Carl did great work! He was willing to take on my small project, provided great advice for the best finish, quickly fit me into his schedule and the finished floor is just what I wanted. Would definitely contact him again!

Carl and his team just finished our project at our home in Burnsville. It involved installing oak hardwood in our kitchen/dining area then sanding the rest of our main level and giving it all an invisible finish. It is an awesome idea that Carl gave to combat the excessive honey oak we have in our home. It turned out better than we had hoped. He and his guys finished the project ahead of schedule as well. I would definitely recommend them for any hardwood floor projectand I dont give too many contractors this much praise. Job well done Carl!!
