- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is hourly. It's explained up front no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them. Answer questions they have. Be friendly and helpful to the needs they have. I am always fast to answer my phone and call back. You will deal with me and only me on the phone. Call the number I'll answer if not I'll call you right back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my profession the only thing I need to do is stay in shape.
