Jessica S. says, "I worked with Cristian on a large project ($7500). Cristian fixed 2 broken window panes, painted kitchen cabinets, laid laminate flooring in the bathroom and attic, patched and painted drywall on the bathroom walls and kitchen ceiling, repaired and painted wood paneling in the attic, and painted a few extra things around the home. Positives: -Takes pride in his work and wants to do a good job. -Was transparent and straight forward about cost and necessary delays. -Is truly a handyman and can take on multiple projects. -Very personable and responsive. Things to Consider: -Time estimates are not always accurate. Cristian would often say he would arrive around 7am and would be get there until around 9am. However since he didn't charge by the hour (only by the project) this wasn't an issue for me. Also, when I was initially quoted it was stated that the projected would take less than a week. Cristian started on July 11th and finished on August 5th (4 weeks). However, the majority of the project was completed by July 22nd (2 weeks), and there were a few delays due to supply chain issues and added project requests from me. I would recommend hiring him for any home improvement project and making sure that timing and project details/expectations are thoroughly laid out in advance."See more
