I was getting quotes on crowns on my chimneys, and coming across CJ Construction was a relief. Hiring Chad was a great experience. Chad was very upfront with his pricing and beat all other quotes his work was great. He took pictures after the work was done. I will be hiring him for all my future projects. We contacted CJ Construction and within one day received a call back for an appraisal. When we made the appointment Chad texted us twice because of time delays. This already was more than any other company has done. Chad made the appointment for our step repair in a very timely manner and was at our home at the exact time scheduled. Our bottom paver steps had mortar that was cracking and pavers that had moved. The repair was wonderful and Chad managed to use our original pavers, and replaced them with fresh mortar. The job was done quickly, clean up was wonderful; they even offered to clean up our materials. We would recommend this company, all aspects of the appraisal, timeliness, and completion of the job were excellent. There is even a year warranty.

I had some emergency brick repair that I needed to be done ASAP, and they were able to get it finished within a few hours of my first message to them. The new mortar looks good, the wall feels solid, and because they were so quick, the other work that I was having done can proceed without the big delay I was afraid of when we found the damage. Both of the gentlemen that I interacted with were polite, courteous, and professional, and the price was very, very reasonable. Overall, I could not be happier with the work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very fair, and I am always will to work with people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out assess scope of work, then send customer a quote. If they decide to move forward, I get them locked in to schedule. I draw up contract with scope of work, we sign contract, and work begins. I do require a deposit apon signing of contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In school For construction management at Eastern Michigan University, OHSA-30 cert, in process of obtaining builder license
