- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job varies. For attics, we go by the amount of decking that's impacted. Each job has different challenges. If it's asbestos, it depends on the quantity and if it's frayed or not. Sometimes we only do testing of the mold, asbestos or radon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out if they are buying or selling a property. Find out logistics about the issue and then find out the soonest available time for us to get into the property to assess the situation. We offer a complimentary Bio-screening of the property and then will provide a detailed proposal for the clean-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified out of 12 States around the country. I have spent many, many, many hours both in class and teaching. I had my own call-in radio show out of Detroit for 6 years called "Ask the Inspector". I take incredible pride in maintaining my education. I will never stop learning. That is no small task.
