- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge you anything until you are 100% satisfied with our clean. For a more accurate quote, please explain what type of clean you're looking for (standard, deep clean, move in/move out) clean and what rooms/how many rooms you need cleaned or if you need your whole property cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. Earning trust is the first step to working with new customers. Once we earn your trust, we'll do whatever it takes to not break it by making sure you're 100% satisfied with our clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked 8+ years as a manager in a commercial/residential cleaning company. I started by cleaning multiple buildings every night, then to managing & training different size crews and eventually working 15+ hours every day cleaning & walking thru multiple commercial buildings every night to make sure the cleaning was up to part.
