Sam took my Grandpa’s old PoolTable which I have had for many years just sitting in my basement and completely gave it a new life! It was in pieces and moldy and he just made it beautiful again! Somehow he also managed to keep the integrity of the original but at the same time bring it back to life. He did all the woodworking for me. I do have to have a billiard company finish the felt and mechanics. But it’s amazing!

So unprofessional I’m surprised he had as many good reviews as he does. I was really looking forward to having work done by this company. I advised we were in a different state and this was a rental, we confirmed a time and date he would start the project and I gave him the green light. The day of at 5:49AM he texts me (no biggie, it’s a time difference and I would respond when I woke up) but then left a nasty message about wasting his time! What?! I didn’t even know he’d be sending me a confirmation text message. He never mentioned this once. And then he uses once last experience I had with a bad contractor that I expressed my worry with against me… all for not returning a message for two hours. Wow. Great way to start my day. Thank YOU, Sam, for wasting MY time. I thought we had an agreement and I was waiting for updates from you. Maybe you should text/reach out the day before and not 5 minutes before you’re heading out for a job. Don’t waste your time with this company. Attaching messages for

Driving from Sterling Heights Michigan to Toledo 1.5 hrs without replies after 2 text attempts9am-11am with pre agreed arrival time at 1pm! Name any business will travel 95 miles on assumption or anywhere in this case? There was absolutely no information or any mention anywhere on your order form indicating time zones (my crystal ball failed knowing you live in Arizona in which never relevant) or ever will be!
