Fatmir arrived on time and less than 24 hours after I sought out assistance. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to finish the job. I live alone and have little to no skills with HVAC or electricity. He did an excellent job and got my system up and running with a new installation of a smart thermostat and my outdoor ring device.
