Work : Pull down TV mount with electric outlet cutout extension and Smart Door bell installation ( wired ) Fatmir was really great. He was on time , was properly communicated for his arrival before hand. His work was with quality and patience. He took time in measurements and doing it absolutely perfectly. He was calm and friendly. He did helped in extra things also . Great to have him for your work.

Fatmir is a super nice person just trying to do quality work. He was kind, punctual and tries his best to make the customer happy. In my case, I had him install a large, dedicated home theater. While he did his best, it was a large job for one person. He needed help from the customer, but…. Stayed until the job was complete and made sure I was happy. When hiring, I would encourage any customer to be clear about their scope of the work they need from Positron Solutions and recognize that it is a small business and a solo operation. I would also encourage Fatmir to estimate/bid jobs in person rather than over the phone (as he did with my work) - this would enable better outcomes. Overall - I would recommend him if you need smaller jobs done (e.g. TV hanging) - and consider him for larger jobs if you’re clear on scope and willing to do some of the work yourself.

During a blizzard, he came out to resolve my security camera issues. He was transparent in explaining the potential problems and the solutions. He also installed my Ring camera system and went above and beyond by ensuring the wires from the old wired camera system (left by the previous owners) were properly disconnected.
