I'm Yaz, owner of Ultra Climate Control. I've always wanted to have my own Heating & Cooling company. I worked in the HVAC field for many years and graduated with a degree in Climate Control Technology. I'm a licensed Michigan Mechanical Contractor that loves giving excellent customer service. I believe that Customers are the most important visitors on my premises, they are not dependent on me. I'm dependent on them. They are not an interruption in my work. They are the purpose of it. They are not an outsider in my business. They are a part of it. I'm not doing them a favor by serving them. They are doing me a favor by giving me an opportunity to serve them

They did a fantastic job fixing my air conditioning. They responded almost immediately when I posted a service request at midnight. They came over the next morning - repaired it in minutes. My warranty service provider demanded repair details, pictures of faulty parts, receipt etc when I asked for reimbursement. Ultra Climate Control provided them all instantly without any fuss !!!!

Yaz and his crew did an excellent job diagnosing my furnace issues and were prompt about replacing it. Yaz went above and beyond to find the issue in the first visit, whereas the previous HVAC specialist I contacted took weeks and never diagnosed the problem. He's a true professional and I will be using his services for future heating and cooling problems.

I had an issue with my central Air conditioning unit that I already had a couple of other service technicians take a look at, but could not troubleshoot the problem. The fan wasn’t working and when it did work it only blew hot air! Yaz recieved the job late in the evening but came and fixed it same day within a couple of hours !!! I’m forever grateful for the response time and professionalism and the skills that the others lacked !
