Statement is Fraudulent and I will be seeking an attorney for damages. His home was never valued at 850k. This is a number he came up with in his head. I asked him to give me data or sales to prove his point and he could not. He also thinks that after 10 years of renovations his value went up for every dollar he spent when this is not a fact, dollar in does not equate to dollar out. He has this fantasy number in his head which is very subjective and not based on facts. He thinks he can go to real estate websites to come up with his value, the problem is these websites are not appraisers. Lastly, I've done hundreds of million dollar homes and he does not have a million dollar home. If he lists his house for sale and sells his house for a million dollars or more in 90 days I would gladly refund his money but I can promise his value is just a fantasy and not based on any real facts.
