This is an update to a previous review. Alexis and Sarah do a wonderful job cleaning, I will say that. They do great work and are very friendly. However, they show up 1-2 HOURS late every time, and then they just eventually ghosted me. I never complained about them being late, said I completely understood every time because they are young and just starting their business. If there were any other issues they never communicated them to me as I would have addressed them if they did. And then when I contacted them to schedule my monthly cleaning this month they just didn’t respond, even after reaching out a few times. If they are busy that’s totally fine with me, I have been a customer since they started out and I would have celebrated their success with them, but totally ghosting me is unprofessional and also just plain rude. If you are looking for someone long term, prefer people to respond and not ghost you, or have strict timelines you need to meet, go with someone else.

This cleaning company did such an amazing job on my home. The young lady who owns the business was extremely sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. I told her how I wanted my house cleaned and organized and she did everything I wanted. The price was lower than anyone else I had come out and give me a quote. Thank you so much Off x Road cleaning I will be using you ladies again.

The girls were absolutely amazing! The work quality was incredible. They impressed me beyond belief. My home was overwhelming to me and they came in and got right to work, never even batting an eye. I’ve never been happier with the way my home looks and feels now. And the price was incredible! My house literally sparkles now!
