Wonderful service! We were already impressed by the quick, quality, and efficient installation of our bedroom carpeting, but were extremely impressed by Town Center's continuing customer support one year later when a bathroom leak necessitated timely replacement of a portion of the carpet padding. The Town Center team came out on a Saturday, quickly replaced the damaged padding, showed us the subfloor before re-covering it (so that we were able to assess the damage from the leak), and were pleasant and friendly to boot! Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Ali was very polite and professional throughout and got everything going and finished all according to the time sensitive schedule on the house. Did the entire house's carpet and it came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company for install. Carpet is great quality and came out fantastic with the house with no corners cut. 10/10 will definitely hire them again.

I was finishing my basement and couldnt decide on which flooring to go with. Ali did an amazing job explaining and making sure I understood all the different types of carpet and LVP options that I had. The installers came out and did an incredibly clean job. I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with town center again in they future.

Ali and his installation team were fantastic. From the time Ali brought his flooring knowledge and talent for a competitive (best) quote, timely follow-up, installation team (Juan) preparing floor for install and asking the right questions before install, and installation team clean up was all top notch. They are small store in Plymouth but, their service is what you would expect from a owner operated store who strives to exceed his customers expectations. I highly recommend Ali and his team for any soft and hard flooring project.

From the moment we walked into Town Center, we knew we were in expert hands. The staff listened carefully to our needs & made the selection process so easy. While measuring, they took care to ensure there would be very little waste - both in materials and therefore, in our cost. From start to finish, we felt we were a priority to this business. Very personalized service. Great to work with. Really nice, polite & professional people. Highly recommend! We love our custom cut area rug & the wall to wall in the upstairs is wonderful.
