Mark came a little late (15 minutes) but he called to keep me informed about why he was running late and it was acceptable to me. When he arrived he apologized for his running late and got right to work. The fix was an easy one (cable had come off)and he had it taken care of within 20-30 minutes and lubricated the door. He explained why this might happen to prevent it happening again. I was very happy with his work and his professionalism. I would definitely call Precision door again should I need my garage door repaired.

Kyle arrived at my house on a Friday afternoon to assess my broken manual garage door. He explained what was wrong and gave me some options to move forward. All options were very affordable.
