The job was done well but the only problems I had was it took longer for the repair because I had to prepay the $14 for the fan (They had my laptop as collateral, they should just order the parts if it's under $50 or even under $100 for customer service sake) and I didn't care for their attitude about leaving my laptop there. They said "if you decide to leave it here and something happens to it, well you did decide to leave it here so there's that". They fixed the problem, but they have some service issues to work out.
