We had dark stained from the factory maple floors that had some cupping because of poor installation by our builder 12 years ago. We had Simply Floors sand down our floors (multiple rooms), removing the cupping and the dark stain. Then they put 3 coats of a water based, matte finish sealer/protector. We love the results, you can now see the beauty of the natural maple.

Michael and his team did an incredible job refinishing the original hard wood floors on our new house that were beat up and warped from the previous owners and it looks like a completely new house. Michael walked us through every step, gave us all the options available to us and was very responsive and helpful. We also ended up having carpet put in the upstairs bedroom and they got it done in less than a day and it looks amazing. Michael was straight forward, honest, and gave fair prices without any pushy sales tactics at all. Our next flooring project will most definitely be done by Simply Floors. Thanks Michael!

Mike and his team of Austin and Kevin did a great job. They sanded my existing floor in the foyer and kitchen and installed a new floor in the living room and dining room. The floor looks great. The stain matches and you cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new flooring starts. I tried to attach photos but for some reason I couldn’t.
