We use BTR for our personal home and rental properties. The girls in the office are always professional and polite and very timely! The staff they send out is always on time, provided a time frame for arrival and text before they are on their way! 10/10 highly recommend for all your pest needs!

I live in the woods and I was unsure whether my flea issue could even be resolved. After the first treatment diddnt completely resolve the issue they came back and treated again, free of charge. Jason was very thorough and did everything he could to make sure the problem was taken care of. I even got a follow up call a couple days later to see how things were. My parents have used this company as well for bees and were completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend to others.
