I called at around 7am Friday morning with a garage repair emergency and gave the office staff my information. I figured I was in for a wait and probably miss work but I was pleasantly surprised. My technician Mark Kucel arrived at 8:30 and assessed the situation and provided me with three repair options. I selected my option but figured repairs were next day and Mark informed me that they always arrive to a job prepared to repair on the spot. I was overjoyed and soooo thankful. He did the repairs in about two hours, swept out my garage, reviewed all of the new equipment and gave me his contact information should any problems arise. I would highly recommend this company for your garage repair needs. Mark was the ultimate professional and I feel very confident in his workmanship. My garage door is now quiet, and works perfectly annnnnd I even made it to work! Thank you Precise!!!
