- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include mileage and service fees per document only. We offer 10% discounts for Social Workers, Military Service Members, Veterans, Military Spouse and First responders (with valid ID) as a special "Thank you" for your services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is a Client requests quote and/or information. A client will need to know if they would like Remote (or) Mobile Notary service. Next, we're able to schedule an appointment, and take care of your Notary needs at the scheduled time. We travel to office, long term care, hospital, hospice, or home locations to name a few.
