Wayne Bolling Realty is a full service commercial and residential real estate Sales and property management firm. Providing services through out metro Detroit and the surrounding southeast michigan counties of Wayne Oakland Macomb. I provide print and online advertising for your property, tenant placement and screening services lease up services. as well as sales and marketing. I am also poised to provide property maintenance, inspections, online banking services, valuation reports and comparable sales and rental reports.
I enjoy going the extra mile for my clients, and being instrumental in helping them turn a challenged real estate decision into a great opportunity. I am committed to providing exceptional services to my clients which consist of a mix of affordable, mixed income, commercial and residential properties for both domestic and international investors.
