25-30 minute needs analysis focused on getting to know the customers main goals for celebration. >> How many people will attend event? Budget per person? Food allergens or preferences? Drinks and equipment rental ? Location of venue ? Decor needed ? Full service ? Delivery drop-off ? Length of event ?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Alumni graduate of Schoolcraft College of Livonia. I’ve been slaying in the kitchen side by my southern grandmother since the 90’s ;-) and I cook with love. My work speaks for itself.
