We are a small indoor sports facility in Troy, MI. We had a turf that was installed in 2019 and needed servicing to take the wrinkles out and seal the seam areas. As a Soccer and Cricket facility, our turf undergoes a lot of stress and we were really looking for someone who can understand the nature of our business and help us get the turf back to its best.
We contacted TEEK after looking at the reviews on thumbtack. Takari, the man in charge, contacted me promptly and made time to look at the project. TEEK's pricing was not the lowest, but we decided to go with them because of the following reasons.
1. They really care about their clients and put in the time to understand their concerns.
2. Even before the work started, Takari had a clear plan of what he wanted to do and communicated the same with us. He was even receptive to our feedback and ideas and was willing to change his methods when it made sense.
3. He understood the importance of the turf in our business and he put our needs before his.
Once the agreement was signed, Takari and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, showed us how they approach the problem, and got going once we all agreed to their method. They were very patient and never rushed into work which was very important for the type of repair. They also cleared the area so that it would be ready for the next play session.
Overall we are really happy with TEEK. Will definitely recommend this honest crew.
