Bolden II. Kenneth Bolden was the co-founder of the previous company KLB Communications Inc. After 19 years with KLB Communications, Mr. Bolden branched out on his own and started Bolden Industries Inc. with the knowledge, experience, and training he accumulated over the years. Bolden Industries Inc. began its existence as an E Commerce retail store. Offering then, and to this day, competitive pricing on electronic items, surveillance systems, cabling equipment and tools, installation tools, and hand tools. Currently Bolden Industries Inc. is made up of four (4) divisions. The division are: • Real Estate • Staffing • Fire Investigations and Consulting • Home Inspections Real Estate In May of 2020 Bolden Industries Inc. began its real estate division. The purpose is to purchase, and repair worn down, abandoned, and neglected homes. Once the house has been repaired and resurrected, Bolden Industries Inc. then performs a market analysis to determine the next course of action. At the completion of the market analysis Bolden Industries Inc. makes the determination whether to sell the property at below market value or retain the property for a short-term or long-term investment. Bolden Industries Inc. has experienced personnel and resources to perform the repairs necessary to update a house and return to an occupiable location.
