I cannot say how BAD THE EXPERIENCE was. There is NOT ONE THING that was good. Communication from the team - POOR. No response from Christian Hughes or his team on anything. You call/ mail them and pray they get back to you within the time (if you are lucky) Meeting deadlines - A lot of promises were made on the deadlines and never got any output. After wasting our time and effort for a good couple of weeks, finally Christin Hughes decided to call of the project and that too with an email communication. A lot of lies were told, claiming to get the work done, but it was just talk and zero substance. He cancels his scheduled appointments at his will and doesn't even update the client until a follow-up after missing the deadline. Thumbtack should try to refine services it is offering. And vet people. We trusted Thumbtack and hired this pro, but never going to do it. Abysmal experience.

0 STARS!!! Christian Hughes is a thief and a liar. He stole my money. Hasn't done any work. Hired him 1st week of October. Its November 6 now. Not easy to get a hold of. He gave my a different number and said the calls will go to him directly. Next day the number doesn't work. Terrible human being.
