Tyrone did an excellent job! He responded promptly. He came out and analyzed the issue, went and gathered the materials needed to complete the job and did it without us having to remodel my basement (the basement was finished with the main line covered by drywall). He gave me pointers on other issues that may arise in the future based on some plumbing issues he observed while looking at the pipes in my basement! He is very knowledgeable and now my new go to for all plumbing issues! Thanks Tyrone!

The drain hounds were wonderful. They did above and beyond what I initially even called them for. Told me everything they would have to do to fix the problem so I wouldn't be blind sided by anything extra. The same day I was looking for a plumbing Tyrone called me and came out to get to work. When our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain on Friday night, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a plumber out, or that the night/weekend fees would be outrageous. As soon as I sent the inquiry on Thumbtack, Tyrone called us and came out that night. Tyrone tried a few things to clear it but was unsuccessful - the clog wouldn’t budge. After returning and working on Saturday, he realized a 25 foot run of pipe needed to be replaced. Sunday, he returned with a team of professionals including his master plumber. They expertly removed and replaced the pipe exposing more than a decade of grease and build up throughout. A seemingly routine clog ended up taking multiple visits, extra equipment, and a team of plumbers. Because it was a bigger job that any of us expected, Tyrone initially did not have the right equipment or time allotted. In the end, he got the job done, and it was done the right way! Drain Hounds runs their business with integrity and we are glad we hired them for this job.
