I found Drain Hounds after contacting another company. That company wanted to charge me $450, to do what Drain Hounds did for way less. Tyrone was very professional and said he would take care of me the same day. He got held up at another job, but sent someone else who came and was just as polite and professional as Tyrone was on the phone. Within 15 mins the job was done, and he was on his way. As a veteran myself, it was a pleasure to support a black owned, veteran owned business. I will surely be calling them back for any future needs.

Tyrone did an excellent job! He responded promptly. He came out and analyzed the issue, went and gathered the materials needed to complete the job and did it without us having to remodel my basement (the basement was finished with the main line covered by drywall). He gave me pointers on other issues that may arise in the future based on some plumbing issues he observed while looking at the pipes in my basement! He is very knowledgeable and now my new go to for all plumbing issues! Thanks Tyrone!
