Reasons to recommend him: beyond the fact that he did his job adequately (trimming, weeding, fertilizing), (1) he is easy to coordinate with and was able to adapt to weather changes without causing significant inconvenience or delay. (2) he is easy to communicate with, responds to most communications on the spot or shortly after. (3) he has useful contacts in related services at a reasonable cost (eg he knew a dump yard and took 6 bags of dirt we were trying to get rid of to it, for $50). (4) he’s a generally very pleasant and respectful person.
