- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent. We pride ourselves on doing an honest job with a fair price and the price you are given will be the price you pay, no hidden fees. Our air duct cleaning is based on the square footage of your home/business. Our dryer vent cleaning is a flat rate, but does change if a large ladder is required to perform the job. We also offer a low charge of $75 for a dryer vent cleaning if you get it the same day as your whole house air duct cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified by the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) and proudly follow their standards and guide lines.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a NADCA certified professional! Weather it is us or someone else, make sure they are NADCA certified. Ask other companies with their pricing, especially when it is a low price and seems too good to be true, if the price is including every vent both supply and return and includes all supply and return trunk lines. There are a lot of companies out there that will say they will clean your ducts for a low price of $100 dollars or something like that....but then they get into your home and start tacking on charges or saying that the price you were given was only for certain vents and one main trunk line and that if you want the others cleaned it is an additional charge.
