- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client is a mutually rewarding experience at General Home. It is important first to discuss our prospective client's goals & objectives to ensure we can accommodate their needs. It is equally important to review best practices for property owners leasing to residents. There are several things that seem to be good ideas to many new Landlords that after a brief review of best practices turn out to be "not so good" ideas. The number one thing new Landlords find to be not such a good idea is meeting and maintaining a relationship with their residents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to an extensive background in real estate for over 30 years I complete annual continuing education on real estate practices, fair housing and emerging trends in the local and national real estate industry. I have attended and completed several real estate, business management, personal management and sales training courses. I hold several certifications including GRI, CSP, CAP.
