FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are buying a home - The first step is setting up a phone consultation to determine important pieces. You will receive a step by step guide for beginning, and be provided with any lender or vendor that is needed to begin. Each step of the way we will be in contact and get you into your new home! If you are selling a home - The first step will be setting up a phone consultation to determine your timeline, details of the home, and other important factors. We will then assemble a detailed plan to achieve a timely listing that makes financial sense for you. Every step of the way will be guided till we reach the closing table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of my college education, I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with years of experience in the Real Estate world that dates prior to my work as an agent. I am fortunate to achieve the Top Agent status on Zillow for over a year straight. I am dedicated to my craft and spend 100s of hours a year in continuing education to prepare for any situation that can arise in this industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for the provider who is consistently doing a large amount of business but maintaining great reviews from past clients. Do not seek out a top performing agent who will pawn your business off to one of the members of their team. Make sure you are getting 1 on 1 service from the agent you originally hired. Lastly, the relationship does not end at the closing table. Your agent should take care of you, and maintain that relationship even when the home is sold. You are more than a transaction and you should expect to be treated as such!
