Eli did a great job inspecting and cleaning our chimney. He drove a long distance to get here without issue. He problem solved and discussed our options and made very good recommendations. We also discovered our glass door insert was not properly fitted and actually wrong (which made sense because we could see the gaps). I recommend Absoulte and appreciate that he is a small independent company and takes his work seriously.
