Let me be clear-- Mr. Cosgrove did a phenomenal job working with me to file my taxes. I initially presented some delayed communication challenges while managing a difficult time with an elderly sick parent. Also along the way, we experienced some technical difficulty, however, Mr. Cosgrove was quick to consult his company HelpDesk and was able to fix the issue pretty painlessly. I will admit, I was nervous to complete my tax business 100% virtually, but Daniel was able to prove I had nothing to worry about. Daniel's deep knowledge across tax topics and his experience with IRS dealing put me at a significant advantage.
