Alex and Zach did an amazing job moving our furniture. They were careful not to damage any walls. They carried some very heavy pieces down several stairs and through tight openings. They were pleasant and very quick. They are a great value for the service they provide.

Darrow Moving was quick on responding to my last minute urgent request. They were able to get the job done within minutes. Would definitely hire again for heavy lifting. They were able to my old heavy couches around the house quick and ease without any damage to anything!

Moving can be stressful, I’ve personal had to move my mom a few times. These guys couldn’t have been more of a stress reliever. They took care of everything from disassembly my bed, to even removing this cabinet from the basement for me. All my furniture was protected and I wasn’t worried for a moment. These guys were a huge help and I couldn’t thank them enough. Definitely suggest giving them a call if you need a hand.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a service fee of $100 then our $100 hourly rate is prorated by the quarter of the hour. Example: 15 minute job. $110 * .25 = $27.50 + $110 service fee Total $137.50 Please feel free to ask any questions. Also if the move is not an in home move we charge $125 per hour plus a $125 service as our expenses are increased for a move requiring a truck. Hours are still prorated by the quarter of the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figure out how to best serve the customer and keep everyone happy throughout the process. The customers items staying safe is our number one priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tons of training and moving experience of furniture of all shapes and sizes.
