As the architects and owners of the property we are currently living 400 miles away from the site, and have relied on Eric to both manage the project and to be our eyes and ears. Not only does he have a deep expertise in construction, but Eric communicates well and offers alternatives and creative solutions when needed to keep the project on track. He has a strong belief that the needs of the client are his primary accountability and his day to day actions reflect that commitment. We would definitely work with him again!
