James and his team were great to work with. He did renovations to our new "snowbird" home, and with us being out of state we relied on him to communicate any problems and give us updates along the way. He was kind, patient and responsive, he sent me pictures of progress. There was a lot of work to do, and he made sure to stay on budget and gave us fantastic results! There was some of everything, including plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, structural, and he was able to get subs in, which isn't easy to do in Maine. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We hired James and his team at D & D Construction to gut and replace floors, walls, and ceilings in a bedroom that had sustained water damage from a burst pipe, and they were excellent! High quality, communicative/responsive, easy to work with, and all at a fair, competitive value for the area. Their tidiness and clean-up of the job site didn’t go unnoticed either.
