I cannot say more about Mike. He responded in less than 24 hrs, was PROFESSIONAL, & addressed all of my needs. My thermostat was not communicating with my HVAC & he replaced it on the spot. He walked me through some other issues & suggested ways to maintain my HVAC. He even looked at my tenants' issues & corrected those as well (replaced filters and corrected circuit breaker). I will be utilizing Mike's services moving forward with my minor plumber issues, HVAC, & electrical maintenance & upgrades.
