- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is fairly simple. Reach out, stating what service it is that’s needed. System not functioning? We’ll put you on the schedule for a service call, at a time that’s convenient for you. With service calls and issues, we only address the solely found issue at the time. We’ll let you know what needs to happen, in order to get your system back in a functional state.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of schooling/apprenticeship program completed, in which upon completion I was certified as a licensed journeyman in DC, MD & VA... I’ve recently sat for my Master’s license testing, in which I did pass. I am now a Master’s license holder...
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
At very minimum, licensing should be a must (Journeyman) and secondly insured... I can not count how many times I’ve come across electrically hazardous issues. Though the saying “When you know better, you do better” does not always hold true, typically a licensed technician would not be willing to cut corners and jeopardize their licensing. Your home is your investment and there are just certain things your handyman shouldn’t be doing, because you want to save on cost...
