- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyer's, the broker fee is $225, the rest of the commission is paid by the seller or builder if buying new construction. For seller's the commission is negotiable depending on level of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to dealing with buyers and sellers is to establish a relationship of understanding. We designate a meeting place, typically my office if local, and discuss goals and needs my clients want to achieve. From there we have meaningful conversations that produce directives and plans so that clients are able to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a ranked top 40 producing agent in Prince George's County out of 150 agents and have taken the following trainings in succession to ensure perfection of my craft; BOLD (Business Objectives Life by Design) 9 times, Expansion systems and models 3 times, The 'One Thing' 2 times, KW Family Reunion Conference 5 times, Mega Agent Camp 5 times, Ignite 3 times, 30/60,90 3 times.
