- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first year of property management service for a single residential unit is 8% of the total rent received and 6% for two or more units. The commission to sale a property is 5% of the total sale price. All pricing and fees for all services are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to establish a relationship of understanding. We designate a meeting place, typically the property address, virtual, or my office if local, and we discuss goals and the needs you want to achieve. From there we have meaningful conversations that produce directives and plans so that clients are able to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a ranked top 10 producing agent at the largest brokerage in the Metro DC area out of 600 agents. I have taken the following trainings in succession to ensure perfection of my craft; BOLD (Business Objectives Life by Design) 11 times, Expansion systems and models 5 times, The 'One Thing' 2 times, KW Conference 7 times, Mega Agent Camp 8 times, Ignite 8 times, 30/60,90 9 times.
