He knew his stuff when it came to the sod and installing. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions and my sod is still growing and green. It’s so important for contractors to know there craft and nodaysoff indeed knows his stuff. Price was also very reasonable.

After speaking with several landscapers, I chose NoDaysOff not because he had the cheapest quote but because he offered the most value for work. He was very professional walking me through everything he would do and providing a quote with pics that laid out exactly where he would be working. He did such a great job on what I initially wanted, I added additional work for him and he made me a great offer. My yard had some major drainage issues and I had a french drain installed which just added to the damage to the grass. As you can see from the pics, my yard was literally a mud hole but NodaysOff has completely transformed it and it looks amazing now. Thank you Edwin and your partner for all your hard work, I will definitely look to you again the next I have some to be done!

Ed and his team did an excellent job installing sod in our front yard and 1/2 of the back yard, as requested. Ed is skilled, polite and easy to work with. We purchased the sod from Central Sod Farms and they delivered. Ed means "no days off" as he is a hard worker and even helped to keep the lawn watered during our vacation! All the pros, except SML, provided reasonable estimates. Ed was in the middle range. Would definitely hire No Days Off again!!

Here’s a more negative version of the review: --- **Review for NoDaysOff (NDO) Contracting - Owner: Edwin Bailey** ⭐ 1/5 Stars Hiring NoDaysOff (NDO) Contracting, owned by Edwin Bailey, has been one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I contracted Edwin in July 2023 to complete various projects in my backyard, including installing a fence, sidewalk, and landscaping. Despite paying the full amount by February 2024, it’s now September 2, 2024, and the work remains incomplete. Edwin Bailey has shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. He promised to finish the job in June, but instead, he has ignored my calls and refused to return to complete the work. My property is left with an improperly installed gate that won’t even open, unfinished concrete work, and a collapsing area under a ramp. After paying him in full, I’m left with nothing but empty promises and a mess in my backyard. To make matters worse, two of my neighbors have also fallen victim to this scam. They each paid Edwin 2/3 of the project costs months ago, and neither has seen any work begin. He has taken their money and run, leaving them in the same lurch as me. Customers that value their time, money, and sanity, stay far away from NoDaysOff and Edwin Bailey. This company is nothing but a scam, and Edwin Bailey is a con artist who preys on trusting homeowners. Customers need to learn from my mistake and avoid this nightmare at all costs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our prices are based on square footage when dealing with outside work dealing with inside is it based on hourly, and we always offer discounts always try to make the client happy but we also want to be happy as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll process a simple. 1. A lead will come in I will greet them with respect and knowledge of what we do regarding to what they’re asking for 2. I will Guide them to my website to book their appointments 3. I will have the quote ready for them in 24 hours depending on the capacity of work if the job is simple where There is only one discipline being performed. If it’s more than three disciplines being perform I will need at least 48 hours to get estimate to Client to get the exact measurements for work performance. 4. I will send the quote to the client giving the client our max price and our first discounted price if the client agrees to it we will go ahead with the client does not agree to it will then begin negotiations. After that will give the client a start date I will start and we will complete. 5. Then we will ask the client to give a review

Well I worked at Trugreen for 3 years I am a licensed contractor I’m bonded and insured as well I went to school zitro services in Maryland I’m providing me with all the litigations for the DMV area
