Heartspace With Sawsan

My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, focusing on Psychology- a foundation that shaped my deep understanding of the human mind and heart. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people in Egypt, from various walks of life and all ages. This experience allowed me to connect deeply with individuals facing unique challenges and life transitions. My path has led me to specialize in life coaching, relationship strengthening, and providing emotional support to individuals navigating trauma, depression and the complexities of mental well-being. I’ve also worked as guiding and empowering the families of Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients. At “Heartspace with Sawsan”, my mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can heal, grow, and build meaningful connections-starting with yourself.
